Hard to believe that we are rounding the bend into Fall. It has been quite a music filled Spring and Summer to date I must say, and we would like to thank everyone for their continued support and hip swayin'. We love it and the sponsors do too!
Ok, down to vibeness. Looks like August will be a quieter month for us so be sure to join us for
"Sample the Sierra " in South Lake Tahoe. This is a gig sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce and will sport a fun filled day of music, comedy, wine and food tasting, so join us August 21st on Ski Run Blvd. Watch the website for details.
Next on the roster is August 22nd at the Camino
Wine Plaza, one of our all
time favorite venues, and one of the most
supportive for live music. Enjoy a fantastic collection of adult beverages and good spirits provided by the Findleton, Auriga, Garnet Sun and Illuminary wineries. August is still warm so this is a nice shady area to enjoy the music and dancing. Bring your favorite
wine foods and snacks, your fold up chairs and your dancin' shoes.

OK, it is a big thumbs up and a congratulations to Nick and Ashley! The happy couple has tied the knot and are now enjoying a grand honeymoon on the beaches of Mexico. We wish them nothing but good things for their new lives together. (Nick is our sound guy and has been with us since he was a teenager.)
Again, Congratulations! From all of us.

I would like to thank Craig Zangari and Beej for filling in on guitars this last month while I was away
for work. I really miss sharing the Vibes when duty calls but I heard good things and am thankful for their willingness to surf the audio vortex that is Late for Dinner! - Michael -

Heads up! Many of you that join us may not be familiar with our sax player, Bob Hansen's efforts to bring some of the finest live music available to our area. Artists like Roy Rogers, Houston Jones, and Joe Craven.
So. . . . .Without further ado

Well, he is up to it again with more music this month and next. July 31st, Lotus Hocus Pocus house concerts will be presenting the musical talents of Keith Greeninger and Dayan Kai who are set to release their new acoustic duo CD Make It Rain.
Also on the house concert roster for Sept. 11th is Blue Miles, featuring Miles Cope- "Accomplished vocalist, instrumentalist and lyricist. Miles Cope has been an integral part of the California music scene
for the last twenty five years."
For more information about more upcoming LHP events, times, dates and tickets visit Lotus Hocus Pocus.
If you have never been to a house concert before you're in for a treat! Seeing artists perform ‘up close and
personal’ is a very different experience than what you get in a club, concert hall or festival. All donations go
directly to the artists and the audience can meet the musicians during the intermission.

As always, we would like to thank
all who support our endeavor to get the music out
and for your support of the establishments and venues that provide the
space to put us
all together. Thank you all! . . . . . Now Dance!
